Thank you! (The Nick Ranch Grass Fed Beef was) delivered promptly yesterday morning and we had our first taste last night with the ground beef; I made spaghetti and it was delicious! It was really nice to cook the meat and see how lean it is, no pools of fat in the pan! And it all fits in my freezer just perfectly. I appreciate the individual packages, it's just right for the amount we use in meals. We're anxious to try the rib eyes, it's our favorite steak. We had our first (Nick Ranch Grass Fed Beef) last night and it was awesome! We had the skirt steak and I used the mustard recipe you sent over. We have a water smoker and smoked it – oooohhhh, it turned out so nice. I am so excited – thanks for making the delivery!
