These are great Steaks for people on the go. Boneless, lean and very tender. These Steaks are great for any quick meal, whether you cook inside or outdoors. Try them in stir fry, fajitas, or just grill them on the BBQ.
New York Steaks
We have several styles available; the large Cattleman's Cut (Bone In) and the more traditional boneless New York Strip. Either one you receive, these Steaks are sure to become your favorite. Very juicy and tender.

Made from the best parts of the animal, hand carved and carefully ground & formed into Patties. These Patties are incredibly lean and make quick snacks & easy meals.

Cooking Tips
Grass Fed Beef cooks faster (as much as 30% faster) and at a lower temperature than grain fed beef. There is less fat on grass fed beef and it melts at a lower temperature than grain fed beef.
Be sure to keep a close eye on your steaks the first few times you cook them. Even the tenderest cut of meat can become dry and tough if over cooked!
